If you're feeling stuck or unsure of what to do in the gym, I offer in-person personal training to help you build confidence and make real progress.

What to expect:

  • Introduction to the gym with guidance how to use the equipment properly

  • Create customized training programme designed around your goals

  • Guide you through effective workouts so you know exactly what you're doing.

 Whether you're new to the gym or just need direction, I provide practical coaching and support to help you move forward

Online 1:1 Coaching

8 Week Program

I will meet you where you are at, starting by looking at your:

  • Daily Lifestyle

  • Exercise/Movement Habits

  • Nutrition

Together, we’ll create a realistic plan that fits into your everyday life, giving you a clear and supportive path forward.

About Me

My Mission

Hi, I’m Catherine, founder of Catherine Royle Fitness.I grew up in England surrounded by movement and activity, spending many years from the age of 3 training in dance schools where I developed a lifelong love for staying active. Movement has always been a natural and important part of my life, and over time that passion grew into a desire to help others feel strong and confident in their bodies too.In 2019, I moved to Canada and eventually settled into life here in Squamish. Becoming a personal trainer felt like a natural step, and just before completing my certification I found out I was pregnant, Having gone through the many physical changes that come with pregnancy and postpartum, I know what it feels like to start again from scratch. I understand how challenging it can be to rebuild strength and confidence, and how important it is to have the right kind of support along the way.  I know what it feels like to be doing all the right things but still not seeing the results you want, and how frustrating and discouraging that can be. That experience has shaped the way I coach — with a focus on realistic, supportive training that fits into real life and helps you build lasting progress.

 

 

 

 

My ethos is consistency over perfection.​Through Catherine Royle Fitness, I aim to create a welcoming and supportive environment where people feel comfortable starting or continuing their fitness journey.  Whether you’re navigating pregnancy or postpartum, returning to exercise after years away, feeling unsure about stepping into a gym, or working hard without seeing the results you want, you deserve guidance that meets you where you are. I believe fitness should feel safe, encouraging, and sustainable — not intimidating or overwhelming. My goal is to help you build strength, confidence, and trust in your body through realistic, supportive coaching designed for real life. Because exercise isn’t about being perfect — it’s about feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident in your everyday life. ​
